FREE DELIVERY for all orders within New Zealand over NZD 49.

The delivery fee is $5.00 for orders under NZD 49.

Orders are sent by non-signature courier. Please allow 2-3 working days.

All Courier Post orders are sent with ‘Track & Trace’. We’ll send a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time your order is collected from the factory.

Please note working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and statutory holidays.

The delivery fee for orders less than NZD 99 total, we offer the following delivery methods:

  • Untracked Airmail is an economical and secure delivery service which doesn’t include “Track & Trace”. Please allow 15-20 working days for this service.
  • Tracked Airmail is an economical and secure delivery service which includes “Track & Trace”.

You can estimate the delivery cost of your order by using our “Calculate Shipping” on the shopping cart page. Simply select your country from the drop-down list provided and click update totals. The page will re-load with your delivery options and costs based on the products in your shopping cart at the time.

We offer the following delivery methods:

If you would like your delivery address in your local language (e.g. Chinese) please email us with your order number and your address in your local language at and we will put this on the parcel as well as the address in English to assist with correct delivery. Please email us as soon as you have placed your order as we dispatch orders very quickly.

Order enquiries

An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. You’ll also receive an email confirmation with an order number and summary of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an additional email confirming shipment. This email will include tracking information (where applicable).

Customs/Import Regulations

Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. Please be aware that orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duty or other customs taxes. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. Where customs charges are due, this may impact the time it takes your parcel to reach you.

Order cancellations

You may cancel your online order provided we have not already dispatched it. We’ll refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with. Please contact us as soon as possible – we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Damaged items

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.
