Where can I buy Bees Brilliance products?

You can purchase Bees Brilliance products from selected Unichem and Life Pharmacy stores throughout New Zealand. Please visit our current stockist page to find your closest pharmacy and health store.

We also offer worldwide shipping to international customers, please order from our online shop.

I am allergic to bees. Can I still use your products?

We recommend if you have an allergy to bee stings please take care when trialing the products. Patch testing is recommended before first use.

Are your products safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women to use?

Yes. The entire Bees Brilliance range is suitable for use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. As always, we recommend patch testing before use.

I think I have had a reaction to one of your products. What do I do?

If you think you have had a reaction to a Bees Brilliance product, please discontinue using it and contact us for more information. Call 03 542 3898

How long will my Bees Brilliance products stay fresh and what is the best way to store them?

Bees Brilliance products are made with natural ingredients. We purposely present our products in smaller sizes so you finish them while their ingredients are still fresh and providing their maximum effectiveness.

We recommend you store creams in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat.

How do you get the venom from the bees? Do the bees die in the process?

Here at Bees Brilliance, we ensure the bee venom is strictly collected by organic methods only. This means the bee is not handled or harmed in any way.

The health of our bees is paramount to the quality of our ingredients and ensuring they continue to produce the best quality raw ingredients.

What does the open jar symbol mean?

The “period-after-opening symbol” tells you how long your product is good for after opening.

If the open jar has a 6M on it, you know that it will expire 6 months after breaking the seal or opening the lid.

I see “fragrance” listed on the label. Do your products contain synthetic fragrances?

All Bees Brilliance products are formulated with 100% natural fragrances.

The fragrances are sourced from France and are formulated with raw materials originating from natural sources.

Fragrance (parfum) – is the International Nomenclature Cosmetic Ingredient (INCI) name given for added flavor whether it is of natural origin or synthetic origin. This is added for labeling purposes on finished product packaging.

Do you offer international postage?

Yes we offer worldwide shipping.

You can calculate the costs of the shipping before placing the order.

How to do this?

  1. Select the items you would like to purchase and add the products to the shopping cart.
  2. Go to the shopping cart, by clicking on the little hand bag icon found in the top right hand corner of the screen.
  3. Select the country of origin in the drop down box, under shipping.
  4. Click calculate shipping
  5. You will be given two options:
  • International Air Small Parcel (NZ Post) – Untracked service with a delivery target of 3 – 10 working days.
  • International Express Courier (NZ Post) – Tracked service with a delivery target of 1 – 5 working days.

What can I do if my order doesn't arrive within the expected delivery time?

If you have not received your orders within the estimated delivery time targets.
